By using Blueprnt ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Blueprnt provides AI-powered agents that help small construction businesses manage email, leads, scheduling, quoting, and other operations. The Service may read and send email on your behalf when you connect your Google account and authorize specific actions.
When you connect your Google account, you grant Blueprnt access to specific Gmail functions as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account Permissions. Revoking access will disable email-related features of your agent.
Your agent uses AI to draft emails, extract information, and generate quotes. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all agent-generated content before it is sent to customers or used in business decisions.
We aim to keep Blueprnt available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Blueprnt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you provide to or generate through the Service.
You may stop using Blueprnt at any time by revoking access to your connected accounts and contacting us at contact@myblueprnt.com to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
